Lie on the floor with you arms beside you. Bend your knees so that both feet are flat on the floor. Now squeeze your buttocks and raise your hips off the floor so that your body is about 45 degrees to the floor. Hold for a count of two and then return to the start position. Repeat this exercise 10 - 15 times. This will help you tone your butt and lower back
